Default 35x12.5x20...When?

35x12.5x20...When? Wondering why BFG has not made this tire size more readily available, or a 295/65R20 for that matter. Need more than the 285/65's . I love the look of these tires but need them to be in a larger 20" size. How many other members feel the same about this? With the way aftermarket wheels are so big right now you would think it would be the top of the list to be in production. Have heard no news on whether or not this will be available at anytime in the future. Otherwise, It's Toyo AT 2 extremes .Anyone with any info on this ??

If you're referring to KO2's in 35x12.5R20, I too was looking for those, but BFG doesn't currently produce that size (as you know if we're talking the same tire). Actually wanted a 37x13.5R20, but only 37 is in a 17. I emailed them, since I am a BFG fan & really wanted the KO2's. Their response:

"Thank you for your email and your interest in the All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires. These tires are being launched in phases. We do not currently show a launch date for these sizes but that doesn't necessarily mean they won't be produced. We are provided with future sizes when the launch dates are set. You are welcome to check back with us periodically."

That said, I went with Toyo RT 35x13.50R20 on 20x10 -12's. RT is in between an AT & MT with a 45k mile PRORATED treadlife warranty, & also their "no regrets" 45 day/500 mile "buy-em, try-em, love-em, or bring-em back" warranty. Can't tell you how they ride since they'll arrive in a few days along with the wheels & a 6" BDS coilover.

Hope this helps...

Thx for sharing your knowledge on this. It's too bad they don't make them in this size. Especially with all the aftermarket wheel and OEM wheels are in the 20 inch size. I'm actually surprised. I have looked at the Toyo RT's. They look very cool and it will be interesting if you could report back on how they perform. Particularly, in rain and snow. I don't actually see too much snow but a lot of rain. However , I like the confidence of a M+S tire. I have not heard too much on these. It's looking like it will be Toyo's in a 35x12.5x20 unless I can find a suitable rim in 18, then I might go BFG.

Will do, give me at least a month or so. I'm in AZ, so it'll be a while before I can comment on rain, & snow just doesn't happen out here. Buuut, I will be able to tell you how they'll perform on 180F+ blacktop, lol

Those RT's are pretty nice. They were a little louder than expected to start out with, but mellowed out a little to a nice hum after 150 miles. Good grip, look nice, pretty happy.
