Here's my 2010 FX4 with Bilstein 5100's set to max in the front, 3" blocks in the rear (factory block removed), and longer Bilstein 5100's in the rear (designed for trucks with up to 2" of lift).
Tires are 35x12.50R18 KO2's on 18x9 +12 WORX rims. Had to do some minor trimming infront and behind the tire. Then when I added the heavy duty mud flaps, I cut 1/2" of metal off the bottom front edge of the fender to make room for them.
35x12.50R20 will be fine, it's the rim that you might have an issue with. I've even done them on just a 2" level with 9" wide +20 to +12 rims. Too much offset and you'll be rubbing on the outside of the tire. Not enough offset (like stock rims) and you'll be rubbing on the inside, on the control arm. You may need to get spacers or different rims to make that work, but it can be done with at least a 2" level.

The owner of the Off road store here in Newmarket just does not recommend going max with the bilsteins up front and the 35x12.5. He has done it but he has heard stories off the cv joints having issues especially if you hit a curb. He has been in business 22 years and came highly recommended from some other guys I know but he recommends the 2nd tallest setting with 3 inch block in the back.
Hopefully I will have figured out the tire size and offset this weekend. I am really getting to like the Worx wheels you have. Throttle still my number one pic as of now. Still want the 20 inch I think. Do you have any opinions on the Goodyear Duratrac? Seems these and the K02 are the ones to go with up here in Canada. They look good. I do have Toyo GSI05 snows on 18 rims that have been great.

Duratracs are amazing, perform even better than the KO2, I just feel they're a little dated looking. The KO2 looks much more modern. That's why I chose them for mine.

I agree with you there. Having no bead guards for the rim concerns me. K02 engineers say they didn't need it? Lots of my buds say it is important with $350 buck wheels.?? Thx again for your feedback.

For the others who don't think it can be done, I had it off road after turkey huntin this morning and had no issues. (Other than slinging mud up the side)

I went with the +35 to keep them tucked in. I believe stock rims are +44. I had to trim about an inch off the plastic in front of the tires and a small amount behind the tire.
For the others who don't think it can be done, I had it off road after turkey huntin this morning and had no issues. (Other than slinging mud up the side)

Do yall know what the biggest tire I could fit on a 2014 f150 4x4 with a 2 1/2" leveling kit and the (STOCK 20")

Thanks for all the replies although I didn't see these replies until after I went with the 2.5 rough country level in the front and 35x12.50 cooper discoverer. Feels like a completely new truck and looks better than ever. I'm new here and not sure how to post pics? Also just an FYI I did not have to do any trimming to fit the tires!!
