17 Wheels or 20 Wheels
I was going to go with new 17 inch wheels on my F150. I have stock 18 on there now. But I keep seeing pics of guys running 20 inch.
my question
Are the 20 inch wheels a lot more popular?
Maybe I just have not been looking long enough.
Thanks,
Dave

The 18” options are a great blend of several factors; style, cost, and performance. The 18” tires will provide a much better ride and are more reasonably priced than their 20” counterparts, when comparing apples to apples. The factory 20” wheels usually have better styling, but that can always be addressed with a set of aftermarket wheels too. The 17” option isn’t bad, but there’s just more options in the 18” and up sizes.

17's or 20's are your best options in my opinion based on tire selection. You will have many more options with the 17's or 20's with the stock tire size or over sized tires. 18's just haven't caught on like the 17's or 20's. It all comes down to looks in the end.
Good luck

So I called a couple of shops that do off road trucks a lot. They said the trend is to get the 20's That is what most of their customers are buying. They did say though that going to the 17 in order to show more beaf to the tire is making a small come back.
That was my question... What is the trend nowadays
I decided to go with 20's on 37 inch Ridge Grappler tires.
