Most def gotta do a brake upgrade. Djm any idea what offset on 26s we"d need to tuck em in the fender wells? And a good size tire to run?

26x10 35mm offset
275 25 26

24x9.5 35mm offset
275 35 24

on these trucks you need higher offsets to tuck. its not like the older ones where 0 offset would be ok.

Im new to the truck world so pardon my ignorance. Are lowering shackles easy to install? As for the 26's i might like the NArco look hahaha. im thining either machined or chrome with some black accents. since the truck isnt black black i dont wanna have the black clashing. thanks for the advice!

it takes 30 minutes to put in the lowering shackles.

if you look at your truck where the leaf springs are in the rear will be these shackles

you lift truck up put frame on jackstands so rear end drops down and is free off the ground

put a floor jack under the axle and jack it up so it barly holds the rear end

unloosen the upper shackle bolt on one side and slide out then jack up rear end more so leaf goes up

then unloosen the lower shackle bolt pull it out and put in new shackle and but bolts in and your done.

Very easy install and will lower back 2 inches.

trust me on 24s you will want to lower it a little especaillly in rear.

All I gotta say is I wanna see some pics of that sick ride when it's done!
How about a 'before' pic, so we can see the color.
