Question HELP w/ Tires

Hey, I need new tires for my 07 F-150 FX4. I leveled the truck and now the stock tires look little. I have the stock 18" rims but I want a bigger tire without a real aggressive off road tire. I am thinking either the Michelin LTX A/T2 or the Continental Contitrac TR. Anyone have these on their truck???? Any suggestions? Would like to NOT go over $270ish per tire

Go with 275/70R18 or 295/70R18. In the 275's you can find a lot of different brands. In the 295 you are stuck with nitto's. The reason why is the width of your stock rims. A 275 is roughly 33 in tall and 11 in wide. Where as the 295 is 34 in tall and 11.5 wide. Both will look good in my opinion. Check out bf goodrich all terrain, nitto terra grappler, cooper zeon ltz, kumho road venture at kl78, or toyo open country at. Discount Tire, Tire rack, and online tires.com all have pretty good prices. And most places will do price match with a competitor. Stay away from any Continental Conti-crap tire and Michelins are great but too expensive and their looks are kinda plain. Of the four i suggested I would go with the nitto's or the coopers. Just my opinion. Hope this helps. Gotta do some work now.

I'm kinda in the same place as you- I am shopping for tires for my 04 Lariat w/ the factory 18's. I'm trying and decide between the Nitto Trail Grappler and the good ole BF-All Terrains. I think they are both over $270ish for a little bigger size. I'm looking at the 275/70r18 and the 285/70r18. What sizes you looking at or already bought?

I ended up going with the Michelin AT/2's for the super duty trucks. Only put 45psi in them so not too stiff of a ride. I love them, makes my truck look bigger than other F150's! My tire pressure alert adjusted itself within the first 3 miles.
