Basically, you are dealing with ohms laws which states that 2 resistors (speakers) wired in series with be additive and in parallel will be halved. Based on your drawing, they are wired backwards.
Your Jbl Selenium 8 ohm speakers which you show in series should be wired in parallel which would give you 4 ohms.
Your Infinity Kappas need to be wired in series-parallel which will give you 4 ohms. Wire 2 speakers in series (8 ohms) and the other 2 in series (8 ohms) and then wire that in parallel for the 2 sets of 2 which will give you 4 ohms.
I'm not sure of the Kenwood output terminals in your drawing. (front/back) (left right)

Yup, your drawing will give 4 ohms for both sets. I don't understand your question "And a question can I bridge both sets using all four channels?" please clarify.

For instance bridge the seleniums like shown therefor using two channels and then bridging the kappas using the remaining two channels like so

I don't know what the output terminals on the Kenwood are (left/right-front rear) but from an impedance stand point, it should work. Try it before you do the final install. My only concern is that you won't have separate left/right or front rear.
