Default Wire routing 1998

The radio in my 1998 crew cab died and I bought an after-market replacement. The install went without issue using the existing speakers. I have an 8" Bazooka tube that fits nicely behind the drivers seat. I have a pre-made Bazooka wiring harness and I can make the proper connections at the radio and at the sub. What I need help with is the route to use to get that cable from the radio to the back seat. I've tried searching the forum for suggestions, but haven't found any. Is there a preferred route for wiring from the dash to the back cab area?

Run them under the door sills. Power down one side and RCAs down the other
