I also went with the Axxess VS the Pac. Mine synced right up after starting everything up and didnt have to program anything. No lag at all.

You CAN use the cheaper harness but that means alot of cutting and splicing of the stock harness and if you are running a GPS and reverse cam then you will have to find and run your own wires. The more expensive harness gives you all the wires you need right there behind your HU and will be way less of a hassle and let you return your truck to stock in needed.

Almost ready to order....
Ok, what do i do? Get the deck dnx7180 with a amp or will the deck be good enough to power speakers. The speakers i am looking at are the 6x8 kenwood plate componets for the rear with a set of 6" kenwood components for the front. Stereo shop is doing the install, not sure if i need the amp. Was a 4 channel kenwood. How will it be without a sub also?
All installed, 4 speakers, amp, deck with ipod cable... for 2300.00
Looks the the wiring and mounting and install is roughly 300.
