Will JL MicroSub fit under middle seat in Supercab?
Hi... I really want to add a sub and get the most output while using the least amount of space in my '08 Supercab. Does anyone either have the CP108LG-W3v3 or CP106LG-W3v3 and have it under the rear center in a supercab? If so, do you have any pics? I wanted to put something under the rear passenger seat, but don't know where I'd put the jack so there went that idea...
Thanks

I ran the CP108LG-W3v3 in my '06 SCrew. Put it under the seat on the driver's side and the amp on the floor under the middle seat. It fit with room to spare. The shop that did the install put two small feet on it and downfired the sub. It hit damn hard for an 8" cone. I believe your seat is just a smidge less deep and it might stick out some from under the seat.

2001 F150 with JL CP 106LG-3Wv3
I just installed the JL CP106 with a Kicker CX 300.1 amp in a 2001 F150 this weekend. I also replaced all the factory speakers with the Kicker CS68 coaxial with a Alpine KTP-445U amp driving all of them. I changed the head unit out as well with a JVC KD-X310BT. I too had been out of car audio for some 10 plus years and just wanted to replace what I had been listening too and man was it a dramatic improvement. I was amazed at what that 6" sub would produce. it doesn't hit like dual 10's or 12's but that isn't what I was after. I am now looking to install a set of KST254 tweeters on the door just behind where the exterior mirrors are just to bring out the "high's" just a little more for my liking. If you have any questions, just PM me and I would be more than glad to answer any questions for you.

If you are wanting to put the sub in the center if the rear seat I think you may be out of luck. Due to the tranny tunnel I cant imagine there would be room. However there is plenty if space on either side of the tranny tunnel.

My amp that is driving my sub is under the drivers seat and my sub is under the drivers side rear seat. The 4 channel amp driving the 6x8 speakers is installed in the dash by the head unit as it is incredibly small
