Question Will this headunit fit my truck?

I have a 2003 F-150 SuperCrew. I went to Best Buy's site to find a head unit. Using their fitting guide, I determined that the one I chose would not fit my truck. However, when I went to Crutchfield's site, their guide says it'll fit fine. How can I know for sure?

Thank you guys.

It fit perfectly with the in-dash kit. Just got it installed at my Circuit City shop. Thanks Ty.

Sometimes even Crutchfield is wrong but not as often as other places (i.e. Best Buy, Circuit City, etc...). That HU should definitely fit in your truck.

The only problem I had with the fit on my recent installation of My DEP-P6000 pioneer was the adapter plug to by pass the OEM amp did not fit where it was supposted to go. Apparently Ford mostly used the same plug as used on Ranger and Mazda trucks, which as you know are both built on the same production line. I have a different plug set. Not a big thing I have it working right now with a pair of speakers form my speaker stash, a pair of 3-way Wharfedale book self speakers this pioneer sounds great!. When I purchase the speakers to replace to four factory units then I will address the wiring issue. right now I have not decided if they will be Polk a brand I have been using for 30 odd years or Boston Accoustic.
