Default Will an amp heat up too much behind the seat?

Back in the day when I was building stereos I always tried to leave space around my amps so they could cool.

I am thinking about adding an amp for my doors and was thinking about the Alpine 445. It seems like if I want a bigger amp, I need to mount it behind the rear seat of my screw. Wouldn't it get too hot back there?

I was also thinking about the kicker hideaway back there. I would like the JL but it seems like it is too thick for the seat to fold up. I never got an answer if it would fit if you cut the carpet and pad behind it.

I do not want to put a sub on the floor because of the things I haul in my truck.
