Default What way is the better way to go about this?

Ok so I have a Scab STX with the foxbox dual 10's. I have two Jl 10w3v3-2. I been trying to figure out what Amp to get and how I want it. One of the guys work with tells me that I should get a Amp with more then one channel and use one channel for one sub.(full range) I understand most ppl use a mono Amp and run it in either series or parallel? Since I have two 2 ohm subs I could run it from the Amp to the speaker + speaker back to Amp which would give me 4 Ohms.Which running it in series you will pretty much get half of the amp's power. If i do it Parallel then it's two set's of wires running into the amp instead of just the one wire... Thats if i get a mono amp. Should I just get a mono amp or mutli channel amp? also should I run them parallel or series? I know to get a amp that is stable at either 2 or 4 ohm's.

These are the few amps i'm looking into as of now:
Alpine PDX-M6
PDX-M12
JL AUDIO Slash v3 600/1v3

It's been a while since i really messed with this stuff so I'm kinda rusty at it. Any help would be great.

You can either get a mono amp that puts out around 5-600w at 1ohm and wire them in parallel or buy a large 2 channel, bridge it and run the subs in series for a 4ohm load. I prefer the mono but you may have trouble finding a small mono that's 1ohm stable. I have a Kenwood that is 900w at 1ohm

I'm running 2 10w3's 4 ohms. I'm running them parallel off a slash 500/1 and love it. The rest of the system is focal 6 1/2" seperates in kicks and focal 6 1/2" coaxial in the rear. They are running off a slash 300/4.

Lots of mono amps are 1ohm stable. Problem is that most of them are over 1000w. I would go to sonicelectronix or woofersetc and browse through their mono amps. Look for something in the 500 to 800w range.

Whatever you do don't wire them in series. Parallel to 1 ohm or a 2 channel amp at 2 ohms is the way to go.
