Default What size AMP do i get?!

Hey guys I have a 06 crew cab with 2 12s downfire rockford posghate, they are shallow mounts! I'm about to get a R.P amp but idk what size or channel to get! Can someone help me figure out what size amp I need to make these subs super loud! Btw would be helpful if someone explained channels! Thanks guys!

This would have your two 12's Thumping hard!

300Wx2 @ 4 ohms, or 500Wx2 @ 2 ohms!

Your RearView Mirrors would sure be Useless with it turned up! Ha ha...

what does x2 mean? Also what is difference in 4 ohms or 2ohms? Do you want more ohms or no?

X2 means it will put out that Amount of Watts x2 channels, powering both of your 12's! As long as your sub can handle 4 or 2 ohms neither will hurt, may have to turn the Gain on the amp up or down to find a Happy medium!

The ohms or load your subs can handle should be in the Manual or Spec. Sheet included with your Subs! Or you can Google your model # to be sure of the Wattage they can handle and the ohms!
