I havent seen factory subs in F150's earlier than the 2004's but thats not to say that they arent made with them..I just havent seen them. If you want, I have the factory sub box that came in my truck. JL or Total Mobile Audio(same thing as JL just cheaper), I know for sure, has an 8 that'll fit in the box.
