Question Help\Advice on stereo upgrade

I am looking to upgrade my 2012 XLT basic Sync system and need a bit of advice.
This is what I am looking at using.

Front doors - http://www.crutchfield.com/p_108R650...avf=N&skipvs=T
Crutchfield says these do not fit. Anyone use these and can point me to any needed adapters if so?

Rear Doors -

Door speaker amplifier connection -

Door speaker amplifier - 2 choices

or

Door speaker connectors -

Sub amp - http://www.crutchfield.com/p_500MRVM...-M500&skipvs=T

Sub box -
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IFEAWEW/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=1ALGHTAK0472G&coliid=I37OPOAFXRVYGC http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IFEAWEW/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=1ALGHTAK0472G&coliid=I37OPOAFXRVYGC

Subwoofer - http://www.crutchfield.com/p_113XW12...1200F&skipvs=T

If someone can give me some insight on the front speaker setup and what adapters would be need to make these fit (inclucing links) that would be most helpful.
I am open to suggestions and am willing to change out some pieces if there are better options out there.
All items listed I can get from Amazon for $670 shipped so I would like to stay at that price range.
Thanks in advance.

Everything will work. The box is for a supercab if that is what you have.

Did you figure out if those will fit in the front? Do you need a bracket? I'm interested in those as well (2013 Platty s/crew)

Any speakers that are not 5x7 or 6x8 will need an adapter bracket

I have two Kicker Impulse 6.5" speakers sitting in a closet that i never got around to using. I am going to get some speaker wiring harness and see about crafting something out of MDF.
