What aftermarket head unit do you have?

I copied this to general discussion so it would hopefully be seen more. (if u mods wanna delete one, go ahead lol)
What head units does everyone have??? I have a Kenwood KVT-516 now, and I want a new one. I want navi. and to be able to keep running Pandora through it. I also want to be able to put custom background pictures on the units home screen...
