Hello,

So I finally took the plunge and had a professional installer install the following:
Polk component front
JL TR back
Alpine MRP-F300 amp
Audiocontrol lci6

Everything was working okay..until now. My bluetooth no longer streams from my phone nor does Pandora bluetooth streaming work. The song is playing, bluetooth is connected, I can see the song time increase for Pandora, and I can see the same thing on my phone when I stream music, but no sound. Very weird. However, my phone calls still work.

Anyone know why? I am desperate and frustrated. This is just the tip of the iceberg...these "professional" installers screwed me elsewhere but that's a whole other story. Is it because they did not install a PAC or Metra harness?

Any tips/help would be greatly appreciated.

I have had the same issue before easy fix pull the #2 fuse in the passenger side kick fuse panel the (sync fuse) re pair your devices. That should take care of it. Seems like sync gets overwhelmed every so often

Ok. I'll reset fuse. Thanks! There is nothing the installer could've done during the install to mess that up right?

No I don't think so. Sometimes sync gets confused and needs reset

No help...pulled fuse and still doesn't work. Now I think it may be a phone compatibility issue? I have the Samsung Note 2.

Take it back to the dealership that installed your stereo

Delete the phone out of the bluetooth devices in the sync menu and then reconnect it. Had the same thing happen in my brand new 2013. Apple and ford need to team up and put siri in these things, the sync girl sucks.

How much did it cost for you to get your sony system replaced? Thinking about doing it and did you have the Sony sub in the back to?
