Get a RCA splitter/adapter and plug it in to one of the rear channel RCA. Then run one to the sub and the other to the rear channel.

Try just replacing the door speakers and running them off the factory HU power and add a sub with amp by using the FRD24. You will be pleasantly surprised at the sound
