Default upgrade to factory nav unit but voice & phone buttons stop working

Hi

my car edge 2009 with sync and radio stock 6cd , i bought and installed radio navigation with jukebox from ebay it is was remove from f-150 2011.
I already install amplifier harness and all functions working fine but the voice and phone buttons is not work.

old radio stock part number : 8T4T-18C815-EC
radio navigation part number : AL1T-18K931-AD

I am out of US and don't have any chance to get help from dealer, I need to do it by my self

please any help???

They probably won't ever work. If you had installed one that came out of an Edge they probably would work but using a whole different unit chance are pretty good that all the buttons won't work.

I just did this myself. You have to get in touch with 4DTech. You need programming to work with your model year. $125. You may be able to get programmed over the phone, but highly unlikely. The second letter on your nav unit is an L which delineates a Lincoln unit as I had.

now it is work fine

it is easy just connect pins 4 and 6 on C218A (lower steering column) connector to pins 16-17 on C240A (NAV radio ) that all what I was need no need to reprogramming
