Lol one more time. Sorry man I'm out of it today. So I am using 2 amps eat h needing one set of rcas so I need a total of 2 sets. So now I can just use the pac part since it has 2 sets or rcas?

If both amps only have 2 RCA connectors then run a RCA cable to each. No splitter needed.

I plan on using the PAC to power my door speakers.
Get this. My installer refused to use the PAC I had because it wasn't specified for my 2011. So I ask why and he tells me a story. He said he had a customer with a 2010 Silverado with the same situation. The customer told him it was fine and to go ahead and install it. 1 month later, the interface they installed shorted out his electrical system and said it destroyed his transmission as it locked up at highway speed.
How crazy does that sound?

Here's what I want to do:
- Insert AOEM-FRD24 RCA between stock harness and stock radio.
- Use AOEM RCA outputs to 4-channel amp.
- Run amp speaker outputs back up to AOEM harness.
- Cut the four speaker wire pairs in the AOEM harness, attach the amp output wires to the AOEM harness side that runs to the doors through the stock wire wiring.
Anybody try this?
This seems the equivalent to the way people are using Metra BT5520 harness to insert an amplifier into the stock wiring, except the PAC unit does the speaker->low-level RCA conversion, and the Metra requires either a separate converter or an amp that accepts high level speaker inputs.

Seen this asked a few times, but haven't spotted the answer.

That is what i did too. I used the PAC and cut the wires going to my front speakers and ran wires back to my 4 channel amp. So my sub and fronts run off the amp and the back doors run off the factory head unit power. The set up sounds good. Overall easy install, taking the dash and console apart was the most time consuming part.
