Type x in a single cab xl
Is it possible to fit an Alpine Type x in a regular cab?
I need some suggestions and advice
I was looking at Kicker L7s, Kicker L5s and at Alpine Type r's and just dont know what to get. Ill take any suggestions on these and how to make it work.Also, im looking for suggestions on amps and boxes for these also.
Looking to keep it under 500 if at all possible.

I don't have any actual pictures but the best way to install a sub like that is to side fire it. I made a crude paint sketch for ya.
This is the best way to install subs in a single cab truck. This configuration is limited to 8" and 10" subs but the mounting depth is unlimited. You just need to leave 4-5" of space on each side of the box for the sound to get out.
I've made several like this for JL Audio 8w7's and they sound awesome!
