For those with 4.2" screen... Anyone added aftermarket nav by modding factory bezel?

well, thanks for all the info Hotcat. Guess my plans for that are on hold for now.
I just bought a cheap display off ebay for my backup cam for now and Im going to mount it down where my folding tray thing is where the USB and audio input is. Should be easy and just the right size to fold up and down to allow the door to close.
I'm also consider the flow through console swap, but I need to get some more info on that first before I spend any money on it.
