I have a 2009 F150 which I just bought. It only has the stock radio and I'm still trying to get used to not having the comfort features of my 2010 Maxima that my wife is driving until we get her a new car. I need a backup camera because this truck is way longer than I'm used to. I'm getting a Kenwood DDX 773 Bh system installed. It has a dvd player, Bluetooth, ipod, backup camera, and a lot of other features that I don't rember right now. I'm getting it installed for a little over $700.

I currently have the navigation DVD player with GPS yada yada yada in my truck that's Factory but I'm having an issue with it playing the DVDs so that's why I was asking and if installing an aftermarket head unit I'm curious on how that plays into the factory backup camera as well as all the other functions of the truck that I used to the head units such as AC and what not

I had an all in one unit in a 2010 Nissan Murano that I owned and the dvd player started acting up in it. I removed the unit and sent it to a place in CA and they fixed it for about $150 dollars and gave me a limited warranty as well. Do a google search for radio repair shops you may find that's a better route to go.
