I want to install a stereo that I can have a sizable retracting screen when the system is off to maintain the stock dash on my 86 F150.

I plan on using this screen for several accessories, but mainly a rear view camera is first on the list.

Does this stereo unit exist, which brand and model would fill the bill?

You need a single din dvd player. Many different brands. Even Wally world sells them

I don't have experience with this specific HU, but I have used a 7" 1Din (not flip out) and 7" 2din (currently in my truck) from Power Acoustik, both running the Inteq system, and I love 'em. The Inteq units are equipped to handle rear view cameras, navigation (separate), TV (separate), bluetooth, iPod, AUX, SD (included), etc. Sub and door speaker outputs, etc.

This is the only flipout they sell with the Inteq system. I can't comment on its quality as I've never used or seen one in person, so maybe you can find a dealer in your area and check it out?
