I have a 2011 F150 OEM head unit with Sony without nav that I am going to replace unless I can fix this issue. I use the USB port to randomly play ~12GB of MP3's. Everything initially works after a master reset but after ~30min-6hours it will only play artist names starting with M-O. To fix it I have to do another master reset which also deletes my BT pair and is a serious pita to put up with. I've tried three different brands USB sticks (both usb2 and 3) with the same results and I am on the latest Sync firmware. My folder structure is this:

USB Drive
>Artist Name Folder
>>Track Name.mp3

Has anyone else had this issue or have an idea what could cause it? While I love Ministry, NIN, Neil Young, etc I am seriously sick of listening to them over and over until I do another reset.

If you try to ask for another artist by voice, what is the response from Sync. Ex: "Play Artist Jane's Addiction".
