I built my own 0.5 cu ft box for my JL auio 10". Fits under the 'small' seat in a Super Cab.
Amp is NVX MVPA1 (300W) under the dash.

1/2" MDF and wood glue and ring shank nails.

I painted it black so it is not noticeable.

What is a build sheet? What do you need to know?

15" wide 5 1/2" tall 18 1/2" deep. 'notch' in rear is 2" X 6"
Material is 1/2" MDF from Home Depot nailed with ring shank nails (drill pilot holes to prevent splitting) and glued with wood glue. I have an interior support you can see in the pic. JL recommends 5/8 MDF and since I was using 1/2" I was concerned for strength. That woofer is heavy. I tried a support under the woofer magnet but it ruined the sound.
JL recommends 0.5 cu ft sealed enclosure for that woofer. Cannot use a ported enclosure.
