With a seat lift I estimate about 2.6 gross adding to the measurements/calculations I have from building his box.... you should be able to get more if you get creative like nuthingoesrite did.
When I get a box built I'm cutting out that notch that goes between the floor and set, I read that sub boxes ate supposed to be as square as possible. Having it like nothinggoesright boxes messes with the way the sound way travels or so I read

It wouldn't be too tough to make if you have a welder and some C channel, but I suck at welding and it comes from LMI powdercoated. Below is a link to some better pics that you can see a little better. Give me a few minutes and I will add some more pics that might be helpful.

Is the back seat still comfortable to sit in with the seat lift?

I'm 6'3" and I don't have any problems. My biggest complaint would be the headrests. They are huge and make it harder to see out using the rear view mirror.

Yes I should have stated that mine is a 2011. Sorry about that. I had a setup similar to this one in my 04 also, but I beleive that is still different than an 02.

I still think a seat lift will help anybody who wants an underseat box and a lot of bass.

LMI makes them for earlier model trucks also:
