I cut the RCA ends off the cable that came with the amp install kit and soldered it directly to the stock wiring harness. Make sure you use the right polarity.

Just an update. I ended up flipping the system so that the subs face the bottom of the seat and I reversed the polarity on the subs. They sound much better as pullers instead of pushers.
