Default Sub stopped working - I have PAC unit

All,

My sub stopped working the other day and today I tried to troubleshoot it and had no luck.

I hav the PAC unit and it wroke fine for months.

I check all my connections and they seem ok. I even checked the connections on the PAC unit at the back of my radio.

My amp is getting power but when I touch it, it feels cold to the touch like its not working... The power light is on though.

The rest of my radio works fine. I just cant get the sub to work.

Any ideas on what it could be? Bad sub? Bad amp?

Thanks!

You say you are getting power to the amp. Are you getting turn on power from the PAC?

I assume that I am. How do I confirm that?

Get a mutli-meter and test for voltage on the PAC blue turn-on wire when you turn the radio on.

It was a bad sub. I tested my buddies sub in my truck and it worked. I'm going to get a new one soon. Thanks for your help.
