Default Sub & Amp question for 2004 f150 supercrew

Hey im gettin all my kicker products this week and im still not sure what to get. I want what sounds best and still has some hard hit with it. And i dont want to have to raise the back seat. so iv heard that limits me to 10's but not sure if thats true with all subs or not. Ive also been told that the premade truck boxes are not worth getting because they sound awfull. so i guess i need to get a custom ported box? I also dont really wanna have to take the jack out mainly because i dont wanna spend money on 2 boxes and subs. But if yall could help me out to figure out what all i need to get and what sounds best and everything that would be awsome thanks.

you can do two 10"s or 12"s...kicker cvt makes some good woofers, there shallow mounts but pack a decent punch to them...as far as the amp for them a simple zx 400.1 would be perfect for those, you can do sealed or ported...sealed will give you more accurate response from the subs, ported will mean its louder to the ear
