I've tried to find all the treads on this but still am looking for anyone's tips or tricks to getting 4 gauge through the firewall on the passenger side...thanks!!

There are a number of pictures that show where the wire is being routed. Also some of the more recent posts do a good job giving some potentially improved approaches to get it through the same general area. If that doesn't answer you question, you might need to clarify your exact need.
