Do you have signal sense enabled on the SSI? If so try turning it off and running a remote wire. Fuse #38 if I'm not mistaken in passenger kick panel

I ran that ACC wire to the SSI for the original install, leaving the Signal Sense off at both the SSI and the Cleansweep. It had worked perfectly until this issue started occurring. I have recently switched the Signal Sense on just to see if it would act any different. The problem still occurs and the unit turning on only when it senses a signal is extremely annoying. Well worth the extra effort for a proper switched power.

I should have time on Monday to check the connections under my plastics and center console. I hope it's something simple. If I'm not able to find anything, I'm wondering if the SSI unit itself needs to be replaced. I'm still not 100% convinced I needed it in the first place.

Any updates on this thread?

I have the same cleansweep set up I tested the amps and crossovers, they all appear to be working great all signs lead to the cleansweep.
I thought I was the only one with this issue.

However, I do not have a load sensing adapter on my truck. I have been using my set up for over 6 months with no problems until now, and this is without the load sensing adapter

Hope bumping this thread does some good
