Default Stock radio + amp + woofer

My old truck has a nice Amp and woofer, how difficult would it be to add it to my stock headunit on my 2013?

What I'm asking is, is it doable myself or should I take it to a shop?

Nothing fancy just want more bass

That depends on your ability. It's a pretty easy install, but some people wouldn't be able to do it. If you have basic skills you should be able to install an amp and sub. If you need help with equipment selection or install questions just post up

I had it done yesterday because I have very limited experience with the wiring portion of electronics installs.

I did add some pioneer 6x8's to the front and rear doors by myself. The audio shop installed and JLx 250/1 amp with a kicker 10 in a mini box. They used a PAC adapter and it sounds great. Good luck!!

Sometimes thats a good idea. If you dont know what youre doing there is a chance you could burn down your truck if you screw up
