Default Stock radio with 2 channel amp, replacing with aftermarket.

I got a stock radio with a 12disc changer, to connect the harness wasnt possible because it was all sliced to connecting the 2 channel amp. So now i'm replacing the stock with a aftermarket now my question really is is there a default wire to connect the remote wire with the stereos harness or would I have to wire the remote wire to the amp. I got a box inside with a black cable not sure where it leads, but it has 2 green and 2 blue cables with a ground cable also its in spanish but it says control for highs and lows, if thats the remote wire, by any chance know what colors I should use for the remote wire?

Any chance you can post a pic of the spaghetti behind the radio and the "black box?" That will give us a better idea of what you're talking about.
