Stereo upgrade question for 2013 xlt

Will installing a new head unit using the Maestro and harnesses with new speakers void my warranty? This is for replacing the 4.2 sync.

Will upgrading the speakers only improve the sound?

No worries about warranty and yes just the speakers will help
