Yes Sir, Shawn.... I also purchased the Maestro Sat-1 adapter(about 8" long), from Crutchfield.com. It snaps to the oem Sirius antenna, then snaps onto the Sirius/XM 300v tuner! The Sirius/XM 300 tuner, and new Kenwood 892 combo make Sirius/XM sound worlds better. Over the built in oem HU Sirius tuner...

Left the included magnetic Sirius antenna in the box, it came in....

Lol, a little tired! Just saw it was your GPS antennae that was in the sync console under dash mat! Lol

I was going to buy that adapter but then I remembered someone here pulled off the yellow end of the stock antennae and it worked no problem so I tried before buying adapter plug and it worked great!

I was going to put my GPS antennae there but actually measured and used an exacto knife to cut out the shape of antennae then used the metal disc under it. It looked stock and had full view of saitlites.

Thanks for the info.

Lol, ok....

Post a pic of where you mounted your gps antenna... I get a full signal, as indicated on my Kenwood. With my antenna mounted directly below the center dash storage tray...

My favorite part is its out of sight, and works flawlessly...

What a great setup!

I just got my 2011 XLT with sync and I wasn't sure if it was possible to add a double din unit with nav and retain all the features of the stock sync system. (bluetooth calling is new to me but now that I have it, I don't know if I could go backwards lol).

Congratulations on a fantastic set up. Is there any way you could show us a wider pic of the dash so we can see how it looks from a little further back?
