Stereo help please :)
Hello all ! New member here , just bought a 2010 Ford F150 XLT yesterday and already I plan on doing some stuff to it , starting with swapping out the terrible stereo! (in my own opinion)
I have been going through alot of pages here looking to find out exactly which harnesses and kits I need , I am planning to install my Pioneer dvd screen , double din that I had in my last car. I don't mind losing my sync, and I am replacing all of my speakers as well .
Question is , which metra harness is the right one for me ? I believe the dash kit I will need is the Metra 95-5820 .... the steering wheel controls I believe I need the AXXESS - AWSC for , and than i need the correct wire harness ( I think possibly the metra 70-5520 ? ? ) and radio antenna adapter(maybe the metra 40-CR10 ? ? ).
I have just the xlt with 4.6L v8 , 4 speaker system - no nav.
Any help would be greatly appreciated , thanks in advance , hopefully I supplied enough information.
