Default speaker wire colors

Can anyone tell me what color the speaker wires are? i have a 2010 f-150

thanks for the info.. i just finished it up. the only problem i have is if i put the remote wire in the remote wire spot the amp wont turn on but if i put it in the 12v spot with the power cable it comes on and stays on. any ideas what is causing this?

What source are you using to power the remote wire?

i am using the loc it had 2 extra wires on it. i used the wires for the speakers. and i guessed the two extra where for remote wire. am i wrong?

You'll need a 12v positive power to the LOC for it to be able to make the remote signal (Probably what the second extra wire is for). What LOC are you using?

I can't find a good enough picture online to tell you anything. No instructions? What are the wire colors?

They are red. They other wires are grey and white. I used those. I think your right about needing to use one of them as a power source I need to check and see if it turns off with the key.
