You said you did not use the Sony sub signal. What did you use for your sub signal?

I summed the front tweeter and woofer....I have a very clean full range signal....u can use the sub signal if you want since you are using a lc6i but it is not needed to get a sub signal cause the lc6i will create a signal for channel 3 to use for your sub

Did you put any resistors on the Sony sub amp wires since there is no load on them or did you just disconnect them and leave them just like your center speaker?

LOL - Looking back on this thread, post #12 already answered this question.

So no issues what so ever with no resistors on the center channel or sub channels from the Sony amp and only resistors on the tweets and mids from the Sony amp?

That is correct.

Which makes me believe that the resistors are not needed. I have no reason for not putting resistors on the center or sub.....

I think what i will do is this on my LC6i

Front Tweet speaker outputs from Sony amp on Main channel speaker level inputs on LC6i
Front Mids speaker outputs from Sony amp on channel 2 of speaker level inputs on LC6i
Sub speaker outputs from Sony amp on channel 3 of speaker level inputs on LC6i

Sum channel 2 with main channel for my Fronts using Main Channel output (RCA's) and use Channel 3 output (RCA's) for amps. Channel 2 output is not used (yet)

I may also get a AudioControl EQS to place between the LC6i and my amps

Does all this sound correct?
