I tried to use the auto sense, but it didn't work. Had to take things apart again to run the remote wire.

How do you get it behind the seat? From everything I've seen I can't remove the rear seat back- easily at least. I would like to do this though. hate losing the cargo space since I don't want to stack stuff on the sub.

Follow this, it took a few times but once you get it down it's easy!

I thought about putting it behind the seat back but I didn't want it to be a pain in the behind to keep pulling it off to make adjustments. It took me about 2 weeks of little tweeks to get the bass where I wanted it. I wasn't really worried about losing the floor space since there isn't much room under the small side seat anyways. I plan on welding up an expanded metal cage to fit over the unit that bolts to the seat frame. That way I can still lift the seat up and place things over it without damaging it, yet just unbolt the cage to gain access to the unit if need be. So far for $200 for the unit and some Posi-Taps, I love it!!

I love mine as well. It's either put it behind the seat or some sort of protection over it for me. Preferably behind the seat, then the elements stay off of it and dirt and crap from whatever I've got in the back that day.

Now that I have the settings right, I may pop it behind the seat back. It would be easy enough. I left plenty of cable just for that very reason.

That's what I did, I tweaked it and after I got it to where I wanted I moved it back there, I don't use the **** but I assume it would be even easier to adjust output once behind seat if it was used.

I installed the **** and I'm glad I did. I listen to Howard Stern in the morning and Jason Ellis on my way home. Its nice to have bass for music and then be able to turn it down for talk radio stuff.

I didn't even think about it, but how did you mount it in the back? How did you attach it? Mine didn't come with the little brackets that pinch the bottom edge, plus I don't know if I'd want to screw into the back of the cab like that.

Agreed here, put mine in too, rides just down and to the right of my right leg on the left side under the jumpseat.

I just out it back there and when the setback went in it stayed in place.

I installed one in my SCREW. Then a second one. Then ditched them both. Just didn't have enough low end for me.
