So I finally got it done. Replaced the fronts with 6.5" focal component system. The rears w 6.5" coax's. made mounting brackets w 1/4 mdf painted black. The factory tweeter a pillar had to b hollowed out a bit, but the tweets fit great. Lined all doors and back panel behind seat with raamaudio sound deadener. Great product and price. Purchased carpet for amp rack off of amazon. Built amp rack out of 1/2" mdf. Using pioneer 4x80watt for doors and a hifonics Brutus 1200watt for the sub. Bought the sub and had custom built box from guy off net. Went w sundown audio 10". Great sub, and box is awesome. Decided to try the kicker sum8 line converter. Another great product. Bought all my products from soniceelectronics.com.

To clarify something, the dash speaker is actually a 3.5" speaker. I had bought some kicker 4", but they don't fit. Still trying to find something to work here.

U know, surprisingly I can actually hear a slight difference. Not in a huge hurry to get it done.
But hey, thanks for all the help u provided me appreciate it. Made life a bit easier.

which sundown are you running the SD-2? or the SA10

Very nice work. Did you run new wiring to each door or drill through the molex? I am still in the planning/saving money stage. This thread and your other input in subsequent threads has been helpful. Cheers
