Default Sirius satellite radio for 05

Im looking for some way to install satellite radio in my truck through the factory head unit. I have found a couple things on ebay but not 100% sure it will work. I have just the basic head unit but does have aux button. Anyone help me out??

Shouldn't be to tough. My Sirius is stock, but I added the F150's setup to my Fiance's stock headunit in her 06 Mustang (Sirius not available from the factory) and was easy and works great.

Plug and Play, only two parts needed:
1. OEM F150 Sirius module with the module to headunit harness (ebay ~100)
2. Any standard Sirius antenna (Amazon ~15)

Worse case, you should be able to get your money back by selling the module and harness here and returning the antenna to Amazon.

See if you can find the module/harness out of an 05 F150, that should give you the best chance of it working. The head unit is easy to pull in our trucks, so it should only take you a half hour or so to pull it and mock up the install without running the antenna wire.

Can you post the links to the posts that say it doesn't work? I may be able to tell what they did wrong.

Maybe the C291 connector is missing in the 05. The harness for the 06 module doesn't include the larger 24 pin connectors that are shown in the ebay kit you link:

Enjoy the new head unit, there are certainly more benefits than just Sirius.
