Back door spray deadener inside and dynamat outside. I made 3/4" speaker rings to fit the JL 6 1/2. I have to take my front driver side door apart again so will try and get some pictures on the wires. Lol

The rears and the front pass side went right back in and haven't moved. Front driver side went back together but I had slack in the new wire so when I pushed it together I crushed some on the prongs. If I had to do fronts again I would take it apart. Drill through the side of the inside connector (there's plenty of room) and then poke a small hole in the rubber past the molex connector. You might have 1 inch of wire showing. I'd already drilled mine through the middle of the connectors. I'm gonna try and fix the prongs. Put it back together and then run a coat hanger or something from the inside out. Idk. Should be interesting to see if it works.

Let the Fun Begin
I've noticed that my 2010 molex plug looks different then some on the posted pictures here. My large molex plug had to be turned once in the hole...i cant remember which way but im going to guess clockwise to lock it into the hole...hope that helps

Timeless where do ya ride? I'm from NJ as well.
Hey guys how hard is it to remove the molex connectors.. going to start with the rear speakers. I want to run 200 into the speakers.. want it loud and clear. Bass is easier to achieve.. loud clear speaker not so (even hard if you listen to sonic wall music like metal and heavy industrial).

Very simple. Just be careful when you pull the molex plug out of the door jam. The wires in the factory harness are fragile. Pick a up a set of picks. Will make your life easier.

Don't waste your time with running speaker wire through the rears. I have tried and it is extremely difficult. Additionally, running 200 watts to each rear speaker is a complete waste of power. For the fronts, this is the method I created:
