Replacing Speakers?

Jazar is correct, the grills are not removable. You need to pull the entire panel. If memory serves it should pull off, I don't remember there being any screws. You will probably need to pull the weather stripping off first then use a panel tool if you have one to pop off the panel. Still check around the panel first and make sure there are no screws. PM me if you have any troubles and I can do a full write up for you.

I got these Kenwood speakers for the front and rear doors. They are not the best ones, but they are way better than those OEM ones. And its a good idea to replace the factory stereo with an aftermarket. I got the Kenwood Excelon KDC-X693 so i can match the interior lighting.

i dont know how much the back of the panels changed between years. but my scab had 2 screws, then 2 pop rivets. then the panel LIFTS up. there are little hooks on the back panel. luckily when i tried to take off the panel, it was at a junkyard & i ended up breaking all the hooks since i thought it pulled out, not up.
