Replace stock radio with Am/Fm/Cd player
I have a 2007 F150. It has the stock Am/Fm radio. I am thinking of replacing it with a stock Ford Am/Fm/Cd player. Is it as simple as pulling out the old radio and connecting the new one with the exact same wires? Is there more to it than that? Thanks for any help.
