Default Remove Sony Amp/Sub??

I do not really listen to music too loud so I do not believe that I have the need to keep the amp in the back seat and would rather have the open space.

I have doing for searching for a while now and haven't found anything so I am wondering if anyone has remove their Sony amp and how they went about it.

I have a 2013 F-150 King Ranch with 600a Luxury Package

I appreciate any help in advance.

A sub doesn't make the music louder, it gives the music the bass for a fuller sound.
If you want to remove the sub I think it is just a matter of unplugging the connection and unbolting it from the floor. Once you have it out you may miss the lower tones it is meant to provide.

You realize there's a speaker in that enclosure beneath the seat, right? As mentioned above, it's the subwoofer, meant to provide the bass. It's not there to make the music louder.

Thanks for the comments and information. I wasn't aware that was the subwoofer under there. Either way I would rather have the space and would like to try it out.

I am not very familiar with audio at all, any ideas on where to begin or advice on how to go about removing it?
