2 Kicker CVX10 10inch subs (600w RMS each)
Power Acoustik OVNI-3000D 3000watt amp (1700 RMS)
Jensen 7 ich in dash motorized touchscreen monitor w/ backup camera
pair of Kenwood KFC-C5793PS 440W (75w rms each)

I would get dual 2 ohm CVXs so you can run the amp at 2 ohms/1300W RMS.
What 780W Kicker comps are you talking about? Either way, I would just get a set of components for the front doors and use the money you would spend on a second set on a two channel amp to power them.

they are dual 2 ohm cvxs i belleive. so i take it i have to get a 2 channel amp to power the speakers and match the rms of the speakers to the rms of the amp correct? Also what size speakers are for our front doors 6x8?

Stock door size is 6x8, you can also fit 5 1/2"s and 6 1/2"s with adapter plates.

You don't have to amp the front doors, but you will get significantly better performance from them (you want enough power for your mids/highs to be able to keep up with your subs). You can give yourself some headroom on the amps for the front to make sure no distortion is getting to the speakers. I'm about to put in Pioneer Premier TS-D720C components (6.75" woofers that come with brackets to 6x8s) rated at 60W RMS/channel, I'm planning on putting 100W RMS amp power to each.

A quality, inexpensive option for you would be the US Acoustics USB 2080 that Audioclinic rebuilds and puts on ebay for $50 shipped (check out ebay item 180375649089). Both the Pioneers that I mentioned (also their regular Pioneer twins the TS-D1720C) and the Pheonix Gold RSD65CS are regarded as some of the best components out there for under $150.

I would go with components (seperate tweeter, crossover, and woofer) instead of coaxials (combined woofer and tweeter with no real crossover).
