I have a 2011 Lariat without the navigation. Can you tell me what I need to buy in order to put in a new aftermarket navigation stereo? I want to be able use the steering wheel controls and I have a back up camera and the monitor comes on through the rear view mirror. What wire do I buy to be able to use the existing camera?

I have the the sony with navigation and dvd set up in mine . Oh my truck is a 2010 f150 platinum. Did you replace the head unit or keep it ? If you did replace it what did you replace it with?
