"Premium" not so "Premium"
Have to say that the audio system in my 2011 FX4 SCrew Ecoboost is not so "Premium". It's a lease so what should I do if anything. If it were you guys, would you just deal with it for 3 years? 3 Long years of crappy audio? New speakers? Add an amp? Add a sub?

Do you have any inclination of buying it after the lease is up? If you're just going to lease and dump it after, I wouldn't put anything into it. Depends on the terms of the lease if they will allow modifications and what value you put on audio quality for a few years.

I really like/love the truck but its an ecoboost so who knows how this thing will be in 3 years after reading about some peoples troubles. At this point, I dont know if I'd buy it. But replacing the stock speakers with speakers that are about $100.00 isnt that big of a deal to me. Id guess thats against the lease agreement but I dont think theyd even know.

I have the same truck and I couldn't take the crappy stock system any longer. I put 4 Polk 571's in all 4 doors with an Autotek amp 60 watts RMS to each speaker. Two Kenwwood excelon tweeters up front. A JL audio 10" W1v2 powered by a Directed 150 RMS class D amp. It sounds absolutely crystal clear.
