Possible '02 Super Crew sub box? looking for input on if you would do it.

Possible '02 Super Crew sub box? looking for input on if you would do it.
alright, so heres the plan:
where those two opening are i would cut out two holes for 10" (or 12" if space allows) subs, more than likely slims. but i would probably have some left over opening on the left and right.
then i would try to mount the amp on the back of that compartment, in the middle, on the inside. if that wouldnt work, I'd just put it under a seat somewhere.
What do you guys think about that plan? should i just buy a box for under the rear seats and do that?

custom installation is always a blast..
I don't believe that the plastic enclosure will hold the air efficiently enough to operate the subs though (I could be wrong, as I have never done this). Another option could be is to remove that whole enclosure and go for a custom box that way (that way in the future, you always have the option to re-install the extra storage).
